Michelle Walker, is a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Disability Advocate with over 30 years of experience of patronizing different businesses, and organizations who will walk you through step-by-step practical ways to maximize your efforts in promoting accessibility and inclusive best practices. You will receive an Appropriate Language Usage Guide Sheet (PDF) with this training. This can be used when crafting your emails, materials, and while addressing those in the disability community appropriately.

There will be a Q & A session during this workshop, so that you can have your questions answered.
